My name is Victoria Smith, and I’m a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I hold a MBA, Graduate Certificate in Nutrition, and a Master of Science in Exercise Science & Wellness, with a focus on Nutrition & Wellness — but above all, I’m a proud mom to three amazing boys!


My fitness journey began in 2009, when I lost 30 pounds but eventually hit a plateau. In 2011, I turned to Medifast and lost another 60 pounds — a big milestone, but not the full picture.

 It wasn’t until 2014 that everything truly clicked. That’s when I discovered my love for strength training, balanced nutrition, and the empowering confidence that comes from building muscle and fueling your body the right way.


That passion inspired me to become a personal trainer, so I could help others experience that same life-changing transformation — both physically and mentally.


Today, I have the privilege of guiding incredible individuals as they discover their strength, build confidence, and realize what they’re truly capable of when they commit to themselves and the process.
